- 1 Frozen banana
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 40 g QNT LIGHT DIGEST WHEY PROTEIN (banana)
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Ricotta cheese
- 1 tbsp Agave syrup
Preparation
Step 1: Combine all of the ingredients in a blender
Step 2: Add Light Digest Whey Protein (banana) and blend well until smooth and creamy
Step 3: Put in a glass
Step 4: Garnish with your favorite toppings
Step 5: Serve immediately and enjoy!
