Lift your legs and do mermaid line exercises
Lie on your back with your palms facing down and your arms naturally straightened by your sides.
Cross your legs (ankles), lift your abdomen, and bend your knees slightly.
Use your lower abdomen to exert force, straighten your legs and lift them up hard, driving your buttocks to lift off the ground as much as possible.
Ideal number of groups: 10/group, do 2~3 groups.
